You must fully master the language you want to teach, and have deep insight into the associated culture and history. For some beginner courses, you need not be a native speaker, but we require an advanced fluency in the language. Every applicant will be interviewed by the Senior Recruiter before assigned to students.
You must be a great listener and a curious soul. This means that you know how to ask good questions that challenge and encourage students to express themselves. You are genuinely interested in other people – their thoughts, perceptions and reasoning, and in other cultures. We value open-minded teachers with experience from a globalized world.
You are punctual and organized with a 5Mb/s+ stable Internet connection.
